Packing your orders is our favorite thing to do! 🥰 Here's everything you need to know about your SHINEST jewellery parcel! 

After you placed your order, you’ll get a confirmation email and personal order number. Then we will pick your order. After we prepared your order, we will wrap your item(s) with care and send it out within a (business) day.

☆ All orders will be shipped from our atelier in Antwerp, Belgium and will fit through most mailboxes (A6 size boxes).

☆ All orders placed before 12.00 will be shipped out the same business day.

☆ Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. There are no extra costs for orders within Europe.

In most cases you will receive your package within 2 to 5 working days to Belgium and the Netherlands. Depending on your location, shipping within Europe takes between 2 and 9 days. More info for shipping click here
